After quite a long period we haven't updated our beloved Braids and Bows blog (busy, busy) we are back! and decided to open with a new crystal necklace DIY project!
So, this is how it's done:
1. These are the materials your'e gonna need: 1.5 meter of silk ribbon, plastic crystals and a pair of scissors.
2, 3, 4, 5 String the crystals on the ribbon.
6. Cut the ribbon in half
7, 8 Tie the part you just cut next to the last crystal.
9. Make a bow
10, 11 Do the same at the other side
12. We almost there...
13. Cut the edges of the ribbon.
Voila!
And this is how it looks on me!
Hope you loved it… promise to post again soon…

Where is it possible to find those beads?
ReplyDeleteI wish had the patience to do DIY projects instead of just buying clothes. Well, the patience and the skills! Totally clumsy...
ReplyDeleteI wonder too-where do you find these beads? It looks like the hole doesn't go through the center but more to the back. If they are a certain type what are they called?
ReplyDeleteרעיון פשוט ומקסים.תודה ששיתפת. שרה
